Before the establishment of NSU, our students had to go to different countries of the world for study, since NSU started providing quality education, they are no longer forced to go abroad. At present, students from many neighbouring countries are also coming and studying here. It is not only necessary to impart knowledge to the students, but also to develop them as full-fledged human beings by combining values with merit, patriotism with values and sense of humanity with patriotism. In the meantime, he said, it is necessary to be modern, but in order to be modern, we should not blindly imitate the culture of West. We should not loss our social and family values by blindly imitating the culture of West. Today the world has become a global village because of the connectivity. Internet-based radio and television are playing an important role behind this. Many people in the country are opening online or IP based TV’s and operating them for different purposes. They are showing various kind of issues which do not go with our society and culture. These are misleading the young generation. We will take appropriate action against them. However, we appreciate organisations such as universities that will operate Internet-based TV, which will play a role in expanding education and developing student’s talents.
