BCL Football: Uttara FC beat NoFel 1-0 in league opener

Uttara Football Club made a good start in the 12-team Bangladesh Championship League (BCL) Football beating NoFel Sporting Club 1-0 in the opening match on Sunday.

After a barren first half at the Kamalapur Stadium, Fuad scored the match-winning goal for Uttara FC in the 55th minute (1-0).

Earlier, Bangladesh Football Federation Senior Vice-President Abdus Salam Murshedy inaugurated the league in the afternoon.
