DHAKA, Feb 3:  The suddenly halted remaining matches of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League will resume on Sunday. The decision was taken in a closed door meeting of the Bangladesh Cricket Board at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Friday. BCB president AHM Mustafa Kamal was in the chair. The revised fixture of the domestic premier league will be announced on Saturday. The meeting upheld an earlier CCDM decision to relegate Surjo Torun Club from the Premier League although the BCB president gave a ruling on the issue and urged to arrange a fresh match between the two teams. However, his ruling was not accepted by others present in the meeting, sources said.
Meanwhile, Hanif Bhuiyan has been made as the acting chairman of the CCDM as the incumbent chairman GS Hassan Tamim, who submitted his resignation on Wednesday,  is out of the country.
