Tanjika has hands full with drama serials

2004 Lux Anandadhara first runner up and popular actress Tanjika has been spending busy time with three new drama serials. She is currently acting in Badrul Anam Soud’s ‘Antarjatra’, Sumon Anwar’s ‘Glamour World’ and Mustafa Kamal Raj’s ‘Noy Chhoy’. She is playing three different types of roles in the three drama serials. In ‘Glamour World’, she is playing the role of a journalist.
She spoke further about her roles that she is playing in the projects, “The stories of the three new drama serials are extraordinary. The viewers will be impressed. I am really enjoying the role of a journalist in Sumon Anwar’s ‘Glamour World.’ The other roles are also quite challenging. Even though in the middle I was not so regular in acting, but now I am trying my best to be more regular. Through everyone’s support and guidance, I aim to be associated with good projects.”
She is currently awaiting the release of her film ‘Good Morning London’, directed by Tania Ahmed. In 2004, she acted alongside Riaz in Delwar Jahan Jhantu’s film ‘Bokul Phuler Mala’. She began her small screen acting journey through the drama serial ‘Sparsher Baire’, directed by Shahiduzzaman Selim. To note, Tanjika-acted drama serials ‘Akasher Opare Akash’, directed by Abul Hayat’ is being aired on NTV, Salauddin Lavlu’s ‘The Village Engineer’ is being aired on RTV, Hridi Haq’s ‘Shesh Bikaler Gaan’ is being aired on NTV, Aranya Anowar’s ‘Dohon’ is being aired on ATN Bangla and Imraul Rafat’s daily soap ‘Calling Bell is being aired on Desh TV.  l
