from Argentina and Finland

Bashundhara Kings, the sensation of the Bangladesh football, tagged two feathers on their wings when they signed up booters from Finland and Argentina on November 12 ahead of the coming season.

Bashundhara Kings became the sensation in the country’s football having double crown at their first appearance in top tier with winning the Premier League title and the Independence Cup while they also celebrated the runners- up trophy of the Federation Cup.

Bashundhara Kings at the debut just showed their dominance throughout the season leaving behind the traditional giants of the domestic soccer while they are adamant to keep up their authority in the coming season and have already made a stronger side.

Bashundhara, despite having almost the intact squad of last season, specially most of the booters of starting lineup of the national side, they signed up four national booters and also ensuring the services of Colindres, World Cup 2018 booter of Coasta Rica and Boktyiar Duishobekov of Kyrgyzstan.

To boost up their strength, Bashundhara signed up promising 19 years old booter of Finland national side Tariq Kazi and Nicolas Delmonte from Argentina.

But there are huge talking about the Finland born Bangladeshi origin youngster Tariq Kazi, who played one match for Finland national side in the Europa.

Tariq a defensive midfielder, who came here about two months back and was in trial for 15 days, attracted the Bashundhara’s Spanish coach Oscar Bruzon, other club football officials and the technical director.

Tariq, specially has become into discussion when Bangladesh national team coach Jamie Day also choose his game after watching through video. The Finn is very interested to play for Bangladesh national side as Denmark born Bangladeshi Jamal Bhuiyan has been playing and also the captain of the team.

Tariq’s father is man of Naogaon district, settled in Finland and he (Tariq) played last season for Ilves Tampere, a top tier team of Finland and will play for Bashundhara this season as local quota when they (Bashundhara and Tariq) have already applied to have Bangladeshi passport for the player.
