Construction of hitech park in Khulna soon

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) secretary N M Ziaur Alam has said construction works of hitech park in Khulna will begin this year. He said this in a views exchange meeting with the beneficiaries of IT capacity building project at Khulna Circuit House today.

ICT secretary said hiteck park will be implemented to fulfill dreams of educated youths of the region opening up opportunities for them to become self-reliant. There is no alternative except capacity building of youths in IT, he said adding that youths will lead the country to take forward IT sector in Bangladesh to make it as a develop country.

ICT secerary emphasized on constant training of youth folks on ICT and asked the authorities for regular monitoring of trainees and maintain their database. Khulna district administration organise the view-exchange meeting with deputy commissioner Md. Helal Uddin was in the chair.

Additional secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Sheikh Yousuf Harun, Principal of Govt B L College K M Alamgir, Chief Executive of Zila Parishad Asaduzzaman, addressed, among others, on the occasion.
