Sohan and Nova’s ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’ on BTV tonight

Popular faces in small screens, artistes Sohan Khan and Nova are to be seen sharing screen together in Bangladesh Television’s (BTV) weekly tele-drama ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’ tonight at 9pm. Written by Sadhona Ahmed, the weekly tele-drama is produced and directed by Noor Anwar Ranju - who is also known for directing BTV’s first mega drama serial ‘The Generation’.

The shooting of ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’ took place in different locations of the capital and in BTV. In the tele-drama, Nova will be playing the role of Hridima while Sohan will be portraying the character of Robi. Nova said, “I have earlier worked under the direction of Noor Anwar Ranju in various projects. When a good producer like him takes up the direction, the project’s becomes great.”

For this, ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’ work went very smoothly and I hope the audience will like it, she added.

Regarding the drama, the director Noor Anwar Ranju said, “I have chosen Nova and Sohan according to the characters and the script of ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’.”

“They have both played their character admirably”, he said, adding that he was optimistic about the tele-drama.

Apart from Nova and Sohan, the cast of ‘Tomay Gaan Shonabo’ also includes Manos Bandyopadhyay and Elora Gohor among others. l
