Positive thoughts should be encouraged

Positive thoughts should be encouraged

Thinking creates awareness among people. If this thinking is positive, it has a positive effect on people, society, and the state. But the time has come to verify whether people are inclined towards positive thinking. People can express their thoughts by writing. Similarly, by applying ideas, people have been able to develop and expand the economy, philosophy, collectivism, human behavior, science, and technology. People can once again dedicate their time proactively for coming up with creative ideas from the traditional way of thinking, instead of using technology to browse for ideas and thus losing originality in the process. Although many issues are identified in the development of a state, the concept of thought remains neglected in many cases.

As a result, ideas which are ignored can be implemented. Thinking about executing any plan plays a major role. But according to the nature of human thinking, there may be differences in it. Because of the geographical position, people of different regions can think of different types. It can be short-term or long-term, depending on the plan and its implementation. Thinking about the concept of scientific research, technical development and research in Bangladesh can be considered. If we want to add to the idea of industrialisation, then, in this case, science and research have been involved in some way or the other. With the change of time, technology changes. And technology changes are possible through scientific research. Along with technology changes, the speed of industrialisation also changes. It is also important to think about the industrial concepts that are being used in the developed countries, and how it can be adapted into the ways of our country.

Considering the raw materials in our country, our industrialisation will be sorted out in our way. But in this case, the quality of such industry can be considered in the world market. The government can take initiatives to open the Institute of Industrialisation in the universities of science and engineering. Those whose main purpose will be to get new inventions and concepts at different levels of the university, to study and analyze whether it can be made in the industry. The institute will have to take responsibility for the commercial production of entrepreneurs who are motivated by it. Again, in different universities, such institutions will have to develop a direct mode of communication that can work in concerted efforts. In the case of new industrial concepts, the concept of multi-dimensional research will be created by mutual connections between universities and various science and engineering education. However, such studies should be among the researchers in the mindset of patriotism. If a researcher does not know the results of this fundamental research, he will not be able to pursue his ideas of industrialisation.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has decided to set up a number of industrial areas across the country, leading the importance of industrialisation in the country's economic development. Initially, some of their primary activities started. It may be mentioned that China has long been concerned about the formation of this special industrial zone. With the formation of this industrial zone, the concept of art and its practical application from Shanghai city to various regions of China have been possible.

Though socialism is practiced in China, liberal industrial-based economic ideas have been adopted in these particular regions. As a result, China's economic prosperity has been ensured rapidly by industrialisation. In these industrial areas, they have created an environment of free trade, and decided to develop the industries of the country itself. Here China has associated reverse engineering and technology transfer strategies with their industrial policy. Through this technology transfer, China, America, England, and Germany have brought the country's technological concepts from advanced countries, then they have chosen the technology to implement reverse engineering. For example, in this case, China brings a good model car from Germany or America. Later, they separated parts of the cars. Through this, they have achieved the concept of various parts and technologies of cars. When they were able to understand the whole issue several times through analysis, they again brought the components together and brought the car to its predecessor. By adopting this technique, they transform the technology of developed countries into the form of their own technology. At the same time, they used their own raw materials to keep cars worth less than the price of the developed countries. In Bangladesh, industries can apply such ideas.

However, it should be kept in mind that the privacy of its own thoughts is not wasted. Because any ideas can be followed without completely imitating it. Following here means enriching our own culture with the help of our country in terms of enhancing new ideas or other ideas. Apart from this, adding science and technology universities along with industrial areas can create specialised research centers in a new industry concept in these regions. Through this, it will be possible to increase the quality of existing industries, as well as create new ideas and apply them in real life. In order to establish a new industry, first commercial production and sale of the industry will be made. This will expand the industrial sector and can be made into exportable industries. Although there are many opportunities to apply industrial ideas, so far it is not seen in Bangladesh. For example, the possibility of industrialisation like biofuel, various types of composite materials, software, robotics, biomedical material, marine industry, aerospace industry can be created in Bangladesh. When these possibilities are created, Bangladesh will have the opportunity to export such items to the world market. This will create employment opportunities, as well as economic development.

Such ideas are not just for development of industries, but also have the opportunity to apply in every field of life. Richard H. Thaler and Amartya Sen correlated the progress of human development with economic progress and human progress along with the development of the mind. Here, human progress refers to positive mentality. And when this positive mentality influences positive thoughts, it will be possible to keep the state's prosperity alive. Therefore, we must adopt the techniques of transforming the positive thoughts into human culture for the need of time and for the development of the state. If it is possible then it will be possible to keep the state progress by changing people.
