Mutton Fry

Mutton Fry is an authentic North Indian recipe made using mutton and aromatic spices and is truly delicious. This lip-smacking side dish recipe is best enjoyed with boiled rice and butter naan. INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kilograms washed & dried,boiled mutton
4 crushed to paste garlic
1 large tomato
10 red chilli
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard oil
1 crushed to paste ginger
1 large onion
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 pinches powdered salt
2 pinches powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon powdered garam masala powder

For Garnishing

4 sprigs coriander leaves

How to make Mutton Fry

Step 1

For making this easy lunch/dinner recipe, soak chillies for few minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder to the washed and dried mutton and boil it.

Step 2

Now, take oil in a non-stick pan. Put the chopped onion and add garlic-ginger paste to it. Fry it in simmer for few minutes.

Step 3

Once it turns golden brown, add chopped tomato and again fry it. Put mutton and chilli-cumin paste in it and mix well.

Step 4

Finally add vinegar and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot with rice and naan.
