New DCs in 24 districts

As part of an ongoing reshuffle in the field administration, the public administration ministry has transferred 24 Deputy Commissioners (DCs) in different district yesterday.

The public administration ministry has issued a notification in this regard yesterday. Of the DCs, DC of Bogra Md Ashraf Uddin has been posted as DC of Jessore and DC of Feni Md Amin Ul Ahsan was made DC of Khulna and DC of Laxmipur Md Zillur Rahman Chowdhury has been posted as DC of Chittagong while Md Khaled Rahim, private secretary (PS) of president of parliamentary standing committee on public administration ministry was made DC of Nilphamari.

Meanwhile, DC of Kurigram Md Nurul Amin was made DC of Tangile and DC of Jhinaidah Md Mahbub Alam Takukder has been posted as DC of Noakhali, Director of Civil Aviation Authority Md Nazmus Sadat Selim was made DC of Manikganj, DC of Norile Md Helal Mahmud Sharif was made DC of Rajshahi, Deputy Secretary (DS) of Health Service Division Manuj Kumar Roy has been posted as DC of Feni, Deputy Project Director of Urban Primary Healthcare Welfare Project Md Sabirul Islam was made DC of Sunamganj, director of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Dr Dewan Mohammad Humayun Kabir was made DC of Gazipur, Md Masumur Rahman, PS of environment ministry  has been posted as DC of Patuakhali, DS of Power Division Md Showkat Ali was made DC of Rajbari, regional executive officer of Dhaka north city corporation Zia Uddin Ahmed has been posted as DC of Chuadanga, DS of energy division Md Mukammel Haque was made DC of Joypurhat, additional director of Bangladesh Bridge Authority Md Zakir Hossain was made DC of Jhinaidah, DS of public security division Md Wahidul Islam was made DC of madaripur, DS of cabinet division Abu Saleh Mohammad Ferdous Khan was made DC of Kurigram, DS of Youth and Sports ministry Gowtom Chandra Pal was made DC of Gaibandha, DS of cultural affairs ministry Humaira Begum has been posted as DC of Laxmipur, DS of Bank and financial institutions division Md Emdadul Haque Chowdhury has been transferred as DC of Noraile, director of foreign ministry Mohammad Atiqur Rahman was made DC of Magura, DS of public adminitreation ministry Mohammad Nure Alam Chowdhury was made DC of Bogra and Deputy Director of Bangladesh Stationary Office Md Hamidul Haque was made DC of Jhalkathi.
