Grilled Salmon Fillet

Grilled Salmon Fillet is a delightful fish recipe. Prepared using salmon fillet, this snack recipe is a delicious dish that is sure to be loved by anyone who tastes it. Try this easy appetizer recipe on special occasions or when you throw a party at home.


INGREDIENTS


1 medium salmon fish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon refined oil
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
200 gm broad beans


How to make Grilled Salmon Fillet

Step 1
Rub the spices into the salmon fillet and refrigerate it for 10 minutes. Then, drizzle oil (optional) on a grilled pan or non-stick pan and grill it.

Step 2
String the broad beans and put in a pan. Cover with just enough water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. They should be crunchy. Drain.

Step 3
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and whisk well. Pile the broad beans on a plate and top with the salmon. Pour a little dressing over it and serve.
