Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs can be made in minutes by combining eggs with vegetables. It is a super easy recipe and can be tried even by those who are not expert cooks. Egg recipes are a favourite among those who are looking for dishes that require minimum cooking efforts. Scrambled Eggs are not just convenient to make but are also loved by those who cannot make their omelette without breaking.


INGREDIENTS


4 beaten egg
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon boiled peas
1 finely chopped onion
1 pinch powdered turmeric
1 chopped green chilli
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
1 chopped tomato
2 pinch powdered black pepper


How to make Scrambled Eggs

Step 1
Break the 4 eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and whisk well.

Step 2
Now mix in the rest of the ingredients (except oil) and beat till fluffy.

Step 3
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. Pour in the eggs and stir continuously till the mixture dries up.

Step 4
Keep the flame low and let the egg cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5
Remove from fire and serve hot with chapati or folded into a bread or a pita pocket.
