INGREDIENTS


700 gm minced chicken
1 teaspoon green chilli
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon sugar
2 drops vinegar
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon Wheat flour
1 medium minced onion
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 pinch salt
2 pinches black pepper
400 gm potato
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon milk

METHODS

Step 1
First fry the mince in a frying pan mixed with onions, chillies, ginger and garlic paste, salt and pepper. Add lime and vinegar to the mix.

Step 2
For making the potato batter, boil and mash potatoes. Then add one pinch of pepper and salt and one tablespoon olive oil.

Step 3
After that, mix the wheat flour in milk and pour it in the mince mix.

Step 4
Put the mince batter in a dish and then the mashed potatoes on top.

Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes at 200-250 degree Celsius, and serve when done.The Times of India
