How to make Noodle Chaat with Manchurian Sauce

Noodle Chaat with Manchurian Sauce is a Chinese snack recipe made with crispy fried noodles and crunchy vegetables and is topped with manchurian sauce.
    

Ingredients
    

    4 cup fresh noodles
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    4 pieces green onion
    4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    2 chopped carrot
    1/2 chopped cabbage
    2 pinches salt

    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon corn flour
    2 inches ginger
    2 spring onions
    1/2 chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    8 cloves garlic


Methods

    Step 1
    Finely chop the ginger, garlic and spring onions (whites and greens).
    
    Step 2
    Mix together the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, corn flour, salt vinegar and 1 cup water.
    
    Step 3
    Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep-fry the noodles in hot oil till golden brown. Do this in batches.
    
    Step 4
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or pan till fairly hot. Add chopped onions whites, garlic and ginger. Saute on high heat till golden in color.
    
    Step 5
    Add the corn slurry. Bring to an immediate boil and cook till the gravy thickens.
    
    Step 6
    Put some fried noodles in a bowl and add some chopped vegetables over it.
    
    Step 7
    Top the noodle chaat with some manchurian sauce.
    
    Step 8
    Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve.
