Aloo Manchurian recipe

THis recipe is made with potatoes, corn flour, spring onions, soy sauce and lots of spices.
    
Ingredients

    10 chopped into cubes,boiled potato
    1 teaspoon minced,sliced ginger
    1 sprig spring onions
    1 tablespoon corn flour
    4 teaspoon soy sauce
    2 cup water

    1 teaspoon minced,sliced green chilli
    1 teaspoon sliced,minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto
    2 dashes sugar
    1 cup refined oil
    2 teaspoon chilli garlic paste

Methods
    Step 1
    Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pan and fry potatoes till they become light brown. Then add a teaspoon of oil in another pan.
    
    Step 2
    Now add green chilli, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Add ajinomoto, spring onions and salt.
    
    Step 3
    Now mix corn flour with water in a bowl and make a nice mixture.
    
    Step 4
    Add soy sauce, chilli garlic paste (you can use sauce also), sugar and stir till the gravy becomes thick in consistency. Add more water if required.
    
    Step 5
    Finally add in the fried potatoes in gravy and stir for a minute. Serve hot.
