Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Dhaka and Liberation War Academy Trust (LWA) jointly hosted a round table discussion marking the role of Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and Russia in the development of Bangladesh on December 28, said a press release.
Chairman of LWA Abul Azad and Director of RCSC Maxim Dobrokhotov discussed the historical milestones of bilateral cooperation of Bangladesh and Russia, drawing particular attention to USSR’s cooperation to Bangladesh in the post-war period and the ongoing effective interaction of Russia in all fields now.
Head of RCSC also noted that Russia has always supported Bangladesh and intends to continue this in the future.
