If we talk about seafood, one of the first names we can think of is prawn. Be it in any form - roasted, fried, grilled or baked - prawns never fail to impress our taste buds.

Prawns grow in fresh water with a slightly sweeter taste and ample amount of nutritional quotient in it.

According to Indian Macrobiotic Nutritionist and Health Practitioner, Shilpa Arora, "Prawns are very low in calories, and hence, promotes weight loss. They are healthy food that one can add in his/her diet.Prawns are rich in zinc and omega-3 fatty acids that boost brain health too. They make for a great snack, and even serve as an incredible option for mains, with combination of grilled veggies."

She further said that prawns, if grilled, can be an ideal food if you are on a weight loss diet.

Hence, here we bring you the recipe for grilled prawn that can work as a show stopper in your party as well, without any worried of weight gain. This recipe video is shared by a food channel on YouTube - Food Fatafat - where there is an extensive description of the ingredients and the procedure of making grilled prawns.

All you need are prawns, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, white pepper, mixed herbs, onion flakes, chilli flakes, kasoori methi, mustard oil, some tomato, onion and capsicum, corn flour and some butter.
