RAB arrests 3 for supplying fake question papers

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 arrested three alleged members of a fake question paper leaking gang from Krishnapur Charuapara village under Sadar upazila in Kurigram district on Sunday evening, reports BSS. 

"The arrested persons are Shahjalal Islam, 17, son of Abu Hanif, Shihab Islam, 16, son of Sirajul Islam and Tarikul Islam, 17, son of Shaju Mian of the same village in Kurigram" said a press release issued in Rangpur by RAB-13 on Monday.

On a tip off, members of the Crime Prevention Special Company (CPSC) at the battalion headquarters of RAB-13 in Rangpur conducted a sudden raid in Krishnapur Charuapara village and arrested them at 7:30 pm.

During primary interrogation by the elite force, the arrested people admitted that they used to supply fake question papers of the ongoing HSC examinations-2018 through Facebook, messenger and Whatsapp in exchange for money through Bkash.

"After filing a case against the arrested persons in this connection, the elite force handed them over to Kurigram Sadar Thana police," the release added.
