National Film Award-winning filmmaker Zakir Hossain Raju-directed ‘Bhalo Theko’, starring Dhallywood heartthrob Arifin Shuvo and actress Tanha Tasnia in the lead roles, is all set to hit countrywide cinemas today. Dhaka Live has news that the film will be released in about 100 cinema halls across the country.

Written jointly by Zakir Hossain Raju and Delwar Hossain Dil, Bhalo Theko’ is a romantic drama film. Shuvo and Tanha have paired up together for the first time. Arifin Shuvo shared his experience of working with Zakir Hossain Raju, “I have acted in two films under his direction before. He is such a director, who brings out the acting from an artiste with care and affection. He shows proper respect to the artistes. That is the reason why I want to work with him over and over again.”

“‘Bhalo Theko’has a very well timed story and I’m really hopeful for the film”, Shuvo added. Arifin Shuvo said about Tanha Tasnia, “She did everything needed to act in the film. She happily embraced every hardship for ‘Bhalo Theko’. We were really busy with the promotions for the film, and during these days I didn’t notice her to be tired.” Tanha Tasnia said, “Arfin Shuvo is a huge star. He has helped in every step of the way and has taught me many things. This is for the first time that I’m acting under the direction of Zakir Hossain Raju and he cares for me like his own child. These things have helped me to develop my acting skills.”

To note, popular musician Shafiq Tuhin from Bangladesh and Savvy Gupta from India have scored the music of the film. The film was shot in various locations of Bangladesh and Nepal.
