Vegetable Noodle Soup

Vegetable Noodle Soup is a lip-smacking Chinese soup recipe with a unique blend of flavours. This easy-to-make soup is made using simple ingredients such as chinese noodles, peas, bay leaf, cabbage, flour, carrot, potato, onion, tomato, mozzarella, butter, salt and black pepper. You can even add on other healthy vegetables like broccoli or kale if you want to. This all season recipe tastes best when topped with soya sauce and vinegar. Pair the soup with garlic bread and relish its tempting flavors with your family and friends.

INGREDIENTS

2 cup chinese noodles
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter
4 bay leaf
3 tablespoon grated mozzarella
5 cup water

For Seasoning

salt as required
black pepper as required

For The Main Dish

1 cup peas
4 carrot
4 onion
1 cup grated cabbage
2 potato
3 tomato

How to make Vegetable Noodle Soup

Step 1

Firstly, chop the potatoes on chopping board and keep it aside for a while. Take a pan, keep it on medium flame and add flour, bay leaves and 2 cups water to it. Let it cook for about 10 minutes or so. You can blend the vegetables in the mixer.

Step 2

Add all the chopped potatoes to the pan along with salt and pepper as per your taste. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, chop onions, carrots and tomatoes finely. Put them in the pan and cook.

Step 3

Next, stir in the remaining cups of water to the pan. Add peas, noodles and butter to the pan and bring it to boil.

Step 4

Now add the shredded cabbage to it let it continue to boil. Once boiled, turn off the flame.

Step 5

Sprinkle grated cheese and garnish it with bay leaves on the top. Serve warm in bowls.
