4 children drown in Natore

Four children drowned into a pond in Gurudaspur area of Natore on Saturday night.

The dead were identified as Rabbani Hossain, Meghla Khatun, Mintu Hossain, Ratri Khatun,  Sandhya Khatun and Shimul Hossain.

Gurudaspur Police Station OC Dilip Kumar said, they drowned after they went to play near a pond at Biyaghat area.

Locals found the bodies floating in the pond around 8:30pm and recovered the bodies.
