Eggs on Crispy Noodle Nest with Sesame Dip

Eggs on Crispy Noodle Nest with Sesame Dip is a Continental recipe made using noodles and egg in oyster sauce. This main dish recipe is a must try on occasions like anniversaries and lunch/dinner parties. Try this healthy recipe and relish it's interesting flavor.

INGREDIENTS

200 gm chinese noodles
2 teaspoon 5 spice powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon red peppers
1 teaspoon schezwan sauce
1 tablespoon refined oil
5 boiled egg
5 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon powdered black pepper
80 ml veg stock
2 teaspoon minced lemon grass
1 teaspoon salt

How to make Eggs on Crispy Noodle Nest with Sesame Dip

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok. Twirl some noodles around a fork. Put the fork in the oil pressing the loose noodles with another fork to prevent them from spreading out.

Step 2

When the noodles start turning crisp, remove the fork carefully and turn the noodles to fry the other side as well.

Step 3

Sprinkle some five spice powder over the noodle beds and season. Cut the eggs into halves and drizzle some oyster sauce over it and season it.

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients for the dip and season to taste. On a bed of crisp noodles put one half eggs. The dip may be drizzled over it or may be served on the side.
