3-day photography show from tomorrow

On the occasion of the 19th founding anniversary of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, a three-day photographic exhibition will begin tomorrow at the Drik Gallery, Dhanmondi in the capital.

The theme of the Exhibition is ‘Chittagong Hill Tracts: People and Nature’. Both amateur and professional photographers from hills and plains will participate in the exhibition. The event is being organized by the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs in partnership with UNDP and Bangladesh Adventure Club.

Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor will attend the inaugural ceremony of the exhibition as chief guest, while State Minister for Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Singh and Dhaka University Vice Chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique will be present as special guest tomorrow at the gallery premises.

The participating artist are--Ahsanul Kabir Pallab, Anima Ashraf, Animesh data, Arjit Chowdhury, Asikul Islam Himel, Azim Khan Ronnie, Debanam Chakma, Emon Barua, G B GSon, Heronmoy Tanchangya Emon, Homaed Ishaque moon, Jabibul Hasan, Jewel Chakma, K U Masoud, Kabir Uddin, Kazi Arifujjaman Rozel, Masud Rana, Md Mahmudul Hasan, Md Hasan Koraishi, Md Jahedul Alam Chowdhury, Md Nazmul Hasan Khan, Mohammed Shajahan, Moniruzzaman Sazal, Nidal Adnan, Pranesh Chakma, Rayhan Jahan,Rezaun Nur Mehedi, Sabbir Ahmed, Samir Mallik, Shakkhar Chakma, Shams al Arafin, Subinoy Khisa, Swarup Saha, Tousif Mannan and Towhidul Islam The exhibition will be open from 3pm to 8pm till July 18.
