MYMENSINGH: Chhatra Union President of Dhaka University unit committed suicide by jumping under the wheels of a running train early Thursday in Biddyaganj of the district.
Hasan Iqbal Sajib, 26, was a student of the university’s Statistics department, admitted during the 2005-2006 session.
Sources said Sajib went to Mymensing on Tuesday to visit his friend Ahsan.
Ahsan said Sajib was mentally disturbed which prompted him to take his own life.
