‘Cyprus Food Festival’ at Royal Park Residence Hotel

Royal Park Residence Hotel arranged a three-day food festival titled ‘Cyprus Food Festival’ for the first time on its premises in the capital’s Banani area. Began on Saturday, the festival will conclude today.

Accompanied by guests and dignitaries, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Bangladesh Crisanthe De Silva inaugurated the festival.

Keerthi Weragoda, chief executive officer of the hotel, welcomed the guests to join the unique food festival. He said, “Our chef Rajeeva Mendis worked in Cyprus for a long time and mastered the art of cuisine there. Travelling around the world, he has become quite skilled in making dishes from different countries.”  

Chef Rajeeva Mend, executive chef of Royal Park Residence and his team, who have mastered the art of making Cyprus cuisine, have prepared the foods for the guests giving them the exotic flavours of Cyprus. The chefs are serving all the main dishes during the festival those are favoured by the Cypriot people.
