DHAKA: The daylong shutdown called by the main opposition BNP protesting the re-arrest of its Joint Secretary General Amanullah Aman and demanding release of other leaders and activists, is progressing with stray incident of violence in five upazilas of the district, excepting the capital on Wednesday.
