No new case detected
No new coronavirus patients have been detected in the country in the 24 hours since three Bangladeshis, including two Italy returnees, tested positive on Sunday, the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) confirmed. The number of people affected by the coronavirus—officially known as COVID-19—remains at three, IEDCR director Dr Meerjady Sabrina Flora said at her regular press briefing at the institute’s auditorium in Dhaka yesterday.
