Civil admin to come under 11 clusters
The government is going to divide the civil administration into 11 clusters, based on a ‘Career Planning Policy’, to help implement ‘Vision 2041’. As part of reforming the civil administration, the government is going to prepare the ‘Career Planning Policy’ for officials in the rank of deputy secretary and above to develop a skilled civil administration. The Public Administration Ministry has prepared a draft policy. A high-power committee, headed by the secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division, has also been formed to prepare a comprehensive policy.
