The government is going to amend the existing "Government Servants (Conduct) Rules" so that government employees can submit their wealth statements before the authorities concerned in every five years to stop corruption in civil bureaucracy. According to Clause 14(20) of the draft rules prepared by the public administration ministry, all government employees have to submit their wealth statements to the government in December every five years.
