Man hacked to death in Bogra

Police recovered the body of a man from a vegetable field at Damua village in Sherpur upazila yesterday. The deceased was identified as Saidur Rahman, 32, a resident of Ulipur officer para. Khan Mahammad Erfan Ali, OC of Sherpur police, quoting Saidur’s family members said Saidur went out of his Sherpur town residence at around 7.30pm on Friday and did not return home. His family members looked for him on the night and the following day, but failed to trace him. Local people found the body in the field and informed the police. Police recovered the body that bore several marks of stab injury and sent it to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College
