Helpline ‘333’ now in Sylhet

BSS, Sylhet

Helpline service ‘333’ has been launched in Sylhet to provide information on the procedures of receiving public services which will be available for 24 hours. Foreign Minister Dr A K Abdul Momen launched the call centre on Saturday at a ceremony at Kazi Nazrul Islam Auditorium here with Deputy Commissioner M Kazi Emdadul Islam in the chair.  “We’ve introduced the helpline to make Sylhet a digital one…Citizens won’t have to go to government offices, rather services will come at their doorsteps. Now our target is to turn Bangladesh into a developed country by 2041,” he said.
