DL REPORTER, Dhaka
Shanta to anchor 10 shows across the country

Talented actress and model Shanta Jahan, better known as a popular anchor, is passing a busy time in this season of stage shows. She is soon to anchor a new show set to take place at 10 different venues across the country starting from November 6.

Organised by Nestlé Bangladesh, the first show is scheduled to take place in Sylhet. Following that, the show will go to different cities of the country.

Regarding her latest project, Shanta said, “I am grateful to the organisers who kept their trust in me and got me associated with such an amazing programme. At this stage, I am feeling very motivated about working in this programme.”

“After a lot of hardship, I have reached where I am today. I have received cordial support from many people. There were also some setbacks in my life which I do not want to remember. With everyone’s love and support, I want to keep going forward in my life and for this, I seek blessings from everyone”, she added further.

Shanta will also be seen anchoring a police programme, set to take place on Monday in Tangail.

Apart from various stage shows, Shanta is also busy anchoring multiple TV shows, including—‘Satarka Shanket’ on Channel 24, News 24’s ‘Boka Baksho-er Addakhana’, Banglavision’s ‘Shokal Belar Roddur’, ATN Bangla’s ‘Business in Bangladesh’ and Asian TV’s ‘Asian Music’, among others. l
