BCL men drive away fellow from JU dorm

Some Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) activists at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman hall of Jahangirnagar University (JU) allegedly have  driven out a BCL leader over stealing of a smart phone set from the dormitory. The accused BCL leader was identified as Kaushik Rahman Shimul, a 42nd batch student of Public Administration department, and a residential student of the hall. He is education and study circle affairs secretary of JU BCL unit and joint secretary of ‘Muktijuddha Sangsad Santan Kamand’ of the university unit. According to JU sources, a mobile phone set of BCL activist Firoz Mahmud Sarkar was lost from room no 330 of the dormitory on Monday night.
