Pratik dedicates new song to Salman Shah

Paying tribute to the late iconic hero Salman Shah, popular singer Pratik Hasan has lent his vocal to a song called ‘Boss Apni Salman Shah’.

Raqib Hasan Rahul has written the lyrics, while the music of the song has been composed by Pritam Hasan, younger brother of the singer.

Being the son of the late veteran singer Khalid Hasan Milu, a popular singer of his time, Pratik receives many requests during various stage shows for singing his father’s songs that were lip-synced by Salman Shah. Some of these songs are ‘Tumi Jekhaney Thako’, ‘Shudhu Ekbar Shudhu Ekbar’, ‘Chithi Likhlam O Likhlam’ and many others.

In loving memory of the iconic hero, both Pratik and Pritam have taken this new initiative.

“For a long time, Pritam and I have wanted to create a song on Salman Shah. The wish has finally come true for us,” said Pratik.

“Salman Shah is my favourite actor. At last, I have got this opportunity to pay tribute to him. I would like to thank Raqib for the beautiful words and my brother Pritam Hasan for the music. Without them, it wouldn’t have possible for me to perform this song,” he said.

The song is scheduled to release on YouTube next month.
