Moushumi’s two films

National Film Award winning celebrated actress Moushumi-starrer yet another new film ‘Nayok’ is set to hit cinemas this coming Friday just one week after releasing her latest film last Friday.

DhakaLive has news that ‘Nayok’ has been made under the direction of eminent director duo Ispahani Arif Jahan. Moushumi will appear as Aditi Khan—the elder sister of newbie heroine Adhora Khan in the film. Adhora is going to make her big screen debut with the film opposite actor Bappi.

The directors informed that the final preparation surrounding the film’s release has been taken and the film is expected to hit more than 60 cinema halls across the country.

Moushumi said about acting in the film, “I earlier acted in several films under the direction of Ispahani Arif Jahan. Among these films, ‘Bidrohi Bodhu’, ‘Lat Saheber Meye’, ‘Mostofa Bhai’ and ‘Sontrasi Munna’ are the notable projects with them. I had received huge response for my performance in each film. I have full faith in their making. They work little by little with immense care. As a result, the making of their films has always been wonderful. They have tried in the same manner while making ‘Nayok’. I am optimistic that the film will be liked by the viewers.”

However, Moushumi’s latest film ‘Pabitra Bhalobasa’ saw its release last Friday. Popular actor Ferdous has acted opposite her in this film directed by AK Sohel.

On the other hand, Moushumi has completed the work of Rashed Raha’s directorial debut film ‘Nolok’ in the meantime. Besides, another new film titled ‘Ratrir Jatri’, starring Mousumi in the lead role, is expected to be released on December 14 this year.
