UNB

Ground handling operations at Shahjalal International Airport were hampered for five hours yesterday following work abstention by a section of workers of Biman Bangladesh Airlines demanding regularisation of their jobs, reports UNB. ASP (Media) of Airport Armed Police Tariqul Islam said the workers went on work abstention and laid a siege to the Biman headquarters, Balaka Bhaban, around 10:30 am.
