DhakaLive has news that the tele-drama ‘Parul Lata’ is scheduled to be aired tonight at 9:05pm on the occasion of the founding anniversary on satellite TV channel NTV.

The story of the tele-drama revolves around the character of a poet named Ashfaque Habib enacted by Afzal Hossain. Once, the poet was introduced in the city and one of his love poem got huge popularity among young readers. A university student Parul also falls in love with the poet. They use to communicate with each other through letters. Each of the letters contains a love poem for the readers. As time passes, mobile phone hits the era of communications and because of this, they cannot express themselves in their ways as they used to do before and their communication fades over time.

The plot of ‘Parul Lata’ moves and fast forward to 20 years and there is a new aspect of communication taking place at the moment, namely Facebook.
