Mosharraf Karim to appear as
Mahin once again

Audience-admired actor Mosharraf Karim has once again starred as the titular character of Mahin in the next edition of Eid-special drama serial titled ‘Mahiner Lal Diary’.

Written and directed by Sagar Jahan, the seven-episode drama serial will be aired on the satellite TV channel RTV on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.

Previously the actor was seen playing the role of Mahin in the drama serial ‘Mahiner Padukajora’, ‘Mahiner Nil Towale’ and ‘Mahiner Onek Sadher Ghori’. This is the fourth time the actor has portrayed the role of Mahin. The shooting of the drama serial has already been started and currently underway in Cox’s Bazar.

Mosharraf Karim said about acting under the direction Sagar Jahan again, “Undoubtedly, Sagar Jahan is a talented script writer and director. I always feel comfortable working under his direction and it is a different feeling to work in an accomplished unit, because everything is properly sorted out here.”

“Once again, I’m playing the role of Mahin and Nusrat Imrose Tisha will be seen appearing opposite me. I hope the audience will like the drama serial,” he added.

The cast of the drama serial also includes Faruq Ahmed, AKM Hasan, Robena Reza Jui, Salha Khanom Nadia and AK Azad.

On the other hand, Mosharraf Karim and Tisha will also work together in yet another single-episode tele-drama titled ‘Machher Desher Manush’ after completing the shooting of ‘Mahiner Lal Diary’. Sagar Jahan will also direct this one as well and it will be aired on RTV also.

To note, Sagar Jahan won the award for Best Director for drama serial ‘Mahiner Nil Towale’ in the ‘RTV Star Awards’.
