Football team lands in Doha to attend pre-SAFF training camp

Bangladesh national football team reached  Doha in time on Wednesday where they  took part in their first practice session yesterday at Al Wakrah Stadium, one of the stadiums built ahead of the World Cup Football 2022 to be held in Qatar.

According to Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) all the 32 members of the squad including 24 players and three coaches are well and all are ready to begin their 15 days conditioning camp in Doha at the Al Wakrah Sports Complex.

Meanwhile, BFF arranged the conditioning camp in Qatar and two practice matches there as part of their seven months long preparation for the SAFF Championship and the Asian Games to be held in Dhaka and Jakarta in September.

Bangladesh national team will travel to Thailand after return home and will also play two preparation matches in Bangkok and will play a FIFA friendly international match with Laos on March 27.
