Man hacked dead in Pabna

UNB

PABNA: Some unidentified miscreants hacked a man to death at Poyda village in Sadar upazila on early yesterday, reports UNB.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Alim, 30, son of Abu Bakkar of the village.

Being informed by locals, police recovered the body from Poyda playground and sent it to Pabna General Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Abdur Razzak, officer-in-charge of Pabna Sadar Police Station.

Police said the victim might have been killed over previous enmity.
